The accommodation is adaptable and very comfortable, with the very stylish Master Bedroom providing a King size Bed, ample hanging and storage space and access out onto the shared resident Terrace. There is a double Sofa bed to the Living area to accommodate an additional 2 guests if needed. A modern and newly fitted Bathroom with Bathtub and Washing machine also features in the property. Primapart Azalea and Camelia are situated on the same floor and can also be rented (subject to availability) in addition to Primapart Papvero(1B) if flexible and large family accommodation is required. The apartment also conveniently features a Parking space . The village of Lenno is famously the oldest on Lake Como, with its name deriving from the Greek Island of Lemnos, where the first inhabitants arrived from. The centre of Lenno, which is just a 5 minute’s rive away offers a wide variety of amenities including supermarkets, daytime and night-time bars, restaurants and a sandy beach.The famous visitor attraction of Villa del Balbianello is also situated here and a water taxi service takes visitors around the bay of Lenno to this very beautiful and picturesque Villa and gardens. It is also possible to hire boats from the Lido di Lenno and also to take a regular Passenger Ferry to explore the Lake. Lenno is ideally situated near to the very attractive lakeside resort towns as well as the cosmopolitan city of Como, which is situated just a 20 minute’s drive away. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However,all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. | |||||||||||||||||||||
